Description
Add a SurveyTeacherCandidateAssociation domain with the following elements:
SurveryReference
TeacherCandidateReference
All elements should be required.
This will allow for the connection between a survey and who the survey is ABOUT without having to replicate the survey everytime for each Teacher Candidate.
