Increasing character limit for Feedback in EvaluationElementRating

Currently, in the EvaluationElementRating domain entity, the field “Feedback” is truncated at 1000 characters. We will need these characters to increase in order to appropriately store the whole string for this field. We are using this Feedback field to store evaluative and coaching feedback given to teachers during classroom observations and other types of reviews. The limit is leaving out important feedback content connected to ratings we’re storing in the database.
