Increasing character limit for TeacherCandidateDegreeSpecialization

Currently, MajorSpecialization and MinorSpecialization are truncated are 75 characters. We will need these characters to increase in order to appropriately capture the whole string for this field for our students. The limit crops out important content from our students Major for their degree.
