    Description

Ed-Fi Standard 2.x and 3.x. has a edfi.DisciplineBehavior table that stores the exhibited behaviors directly to the edfi.DiciplineIncident instance.

This data is better represented already with the  edfi.StudentDisciplineIncidentAssociationBehavior. If one wants to derive all the behaviors associated to the Discipline Incident it can be done with a simple 3 table join (DisciplineIncident, StudentDisciplineIncidentAssociation and  edfi.StudentDisciplineIncidentAssociationBehavior).

Additionally the 2.x Certification should relax the (Required DiciplineBehavior entity) and make more strict the  edfi.StudentDisciplineIncidentAssociationBehavior.
