Description

The following are non-breaking changes proposed by the Course Transcript SIG, intended to address the concerns around removing the Course reference from CourseTranscript. DATASTD-1408 (linked) has details on the breaking changes to the CourseTranscript identity.

Add AssigningOrganizationIdentificationCode as an optional string and match the definition of Course.CourseIdentificationCode.AssigningOrganizationIdentificationCode.
Add CourseCatalogURL as an optional string. Definition to match the CourseCatalogURL being added to Course.CourseIdentificationCode.
Deprecate AlternativeCourseCode.
Add AlternativeCourseIdentificationCode as an optional array based on Course.CourseIdentificationCode common. Definition to be decided.
