Storing student's resident district

Hi Ed-Fi team,

We have an interesting scenario and would like to run it past you. We need to store a student's resident district in the ODS. For example, a student may live in the boundaries of one district, but elect to attend another one due to other programs being offered there. This student would have an attending district and a resident district. We are planning to:

• Create studentEducationOrganizationAssociation between student and their attending district
• Add descriptor of Resident to ResponsibilityDescriptors
• Create studentEducationOrganizationResponsibilityAssociation between student and their resident district using this new descriptor

Please let me know if this is the intended use of studentEducationOrganizationResponsibilityAssociation or if there is a different route that you'd recommend.
