StudentSchoolAssociation - Student FTE

Summary of outcomes for Data Standard 3.2

• Problem Addressed: Request to include a full time equivalency element for a student's enrollment record.
• High-level Reasoning: Both NE and AZ have created extensions for this element. Adding it as part of the core model will encourage standardization across these implementations. A decimal datatype with 3 total digits and two decimal places follows other patterns in the current model where 1 = 100%.
• Changes Made: Added an optional FullTimeEquivalency decimal to StudentSchoolAssociation.

Arizona has created a new domain entity called 'StudentSchoolAssociationMembershipFTE' to capture the FTE information.  Their extension is located in the following location.
