convert assessmentVersion from integer to string

    Description

      Our assessment versions are UUIDs, but this is not compatible with the current Ed-Fi Assessment implementation. It would be preferable to see this as a string, so that it could support versions other than integers- eg UUIDs. Please let me know if you need more detail.
