Description
In order to include a core domain entity or association in a new or extended entity in an extension project, the entity must have a reference type in the 2.0 core xsd so that it can actually be referenced in the extended xsd - otherwise the references back to the core xsd are invalid. Unfortunately, in the 2.0 data standard, only some entities and associations have reference types.
MetaEd will generate all of these reference types - so all that should be needed would be to replace the existing 2.0 artifacts with those generated from a build off of the 2.0 core metaed files.
